The World is the completion seal: the system has integrated the full arc into a stable, functioning whole. Every major component is now cooperating, which means will, discernment, receptivity, and sustainability are no longer competing for control. Output becomes consistent because internal contradictions have been resolved into a single operating model.

In this state, coherence becomes durable continuity. The system can carry what it has learned into real conditions without breaking its own logic, because identity, action, and environment are aligned enough to keep the interface stable across contexts. The loop closes cleanly, and that closure creates the platform a new cycle can build on.

XXII — The Fool (as 22)

Post-completion sovereignty · integrated agency returning to zero with full awareness

The Fool as 0 is ignition: raw openness, first-step motion, and interface contact before the system has a proven map. The Fool as 22 is the same archetype after integration: sovereignty and agency are still present, but now they operate with command that comes from having completed the cycle. Instead of innocence moving forward into the unknown, it is wholeness choosing how to move because it understands the terrain it just crossed.

As 22, the Fool functions as the overflow expression of the completed arc. The system has closed the loop, stabilized continuity, and now it can transcend by ending, because the ending is not loss; it is a functional recession into the domain. What has been integrated becomes a baseline layer the system can follow, which means the next cycle begins with a deeper substrate already in place, even when the surface looks like "starting over."
