3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Yield: ~12 cookies Time: ~15–20 minutes Tools: Bowl, fork, baking sheet
Very much a Depression-friendly baking recipe. Measurements don't even have to be totally exact, honestly. These are the cookies you make when you want cookies immediately.
Ingredients
Steps
  1. Heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients (with a spoon, spatula, or whatever) until it becomes a uniform-enough dough.
  3. Roll dough between hands into smallish spheres. Make them however big you like your cookies.
  4. Place on greased or parchment-papered baking sheet, and flatten each ball with a fork into that nice little crisscross pattern.
  5. Bake for 11–15 minutes or until they're golden brown.
↣ (Heads up: They'll still be extremely soft when they first come out; let them cool for a few minutes so they can be picked up without falling apart.)
  6. Eat the goddamn cookies like the feral animal you are.
