Baked Tilapia

Preparation
  1. Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet with olive oil.
  2. Lay the tilapia fillets in the dish in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and rub it in so everything is lightly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  7. Scatter the chopped wood sorrel over the top just before serving.
